Exhibit Space Specifications
Each 5' x 10' exhibit space includes the following:
- 2 folding chairs
- Electricity
- WiFi
Set-up / Tear-down Information for Exhibitors
Entrance: Exhibitors are asked to enter through the Ballroom Entrance located at the front of the hotel.
Show Hours: Saturday, April 3, from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Exhibitor Set-up: Friday, April 2, from 3 p.m. - 5 p.m Saturday, April 3, from 8 a.m. - 10 a.m.
Exhibitor Tear-down: Saturday, April 3, from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. All exhibit materials MUST be removed from the venue by 6 p.m., April 3.
Parking: There is ample free parking at the venue. Exhibitors will be asked to unload their vehicles at the ballroom entrance then unloaded vehicles will then be required to park in a designated exhibitor parking area during the show. Exhibitors' vehicles will be allowed to reload at the entrance after the show is over. Prime parking spaces are for the attendees only.
Wall Hangings/Banners: Anything that may damage the walls is not allowed (no velcro, tacks, or tape of any kind is allowed on the walls of any room). We suggest vendors hang banners on the front of their tables with their own velcro.
Electricity: If you have requested electricity, please note that you are responsible for bringing your own power strip.
WiFi: Free WiFi is available at the venue.
Concession: The Four Points by Sheraton will have a concession stand set up where you may purchase coffee, drinks, sandwiches, and snacks. It will be located in the Billingsgate Ballroom.
Exhibit Space: All standard exhibit spaces are 5' x 10' and 2 chairs. 6' tables are available for $10 and must be reserved prior to the show. The Show floor is carpeted (except booths #1-4, whare are on the ballroom dancefloor).
